help with power window harnesses

the 95 power window / lock harnesses have 2 rectangle plugs and im trying to plug them into the body harness but the one plug on the car on each side of the car is different than any door harness i can find. im stumped and pretty aggrivated . someone help me out ? i would post pics but i cant. the passanger body harness has a brown (almost square) plug and a black plug the driver is grey square and black rectangle. why cant i plug power harnesses into it ? are there different body harnesses for the power and non power cars ? thanks
