Thoughts on new kicker?

Seems to me this is his second chance and fromt the interview I heard he seems alot more humble than Reed.

If he sucks, looks like we are going shopping in the off season.

What's with all these F'n bad calls?!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think the refs should get fined every time theymake a bad call. Then they might think twice before they decide to screw over a team!

I agree whole heartedly! They showed them though 35-3! If Harrison gets fined again for that bad call he should be able to fight it. It just not right.

The B*llsh*t penalty calls were just ridiculous. The refs i feel are singaling out the Steelers. We still kicked there butts.

I thoroughly enjoyed screaming "REFS YOU SUCK!" along with 65,000 other fans repeatedly during the second half. That might have been the worst-officiated game in the history of professional sports. Did you guys watching the game on TV hear the crowd? It was pretty darn loud during that chant...

Seymour had better get a HUGE fine from the league and maybe a suspension for punching Ben. What a crock that was. If it was James Harrison punching crybaby tom brady you KNOW what would have happened...

The refs are definitely paying WAY more attention to the Steelers' hits than other teams. The call against Ryan Clark was complete bs. The call against James Harrison when he hit Campbell in the endzone was bs. The call against Woodley for the hit on Campbell was bs ( he hardly touched him - from the replay it was obvious that Campbell took a dive ).

Still, I liked the way the defense played. The refs gave the Raiders 3 points on the opening drive with all the penalties they called. After that, the defense slammed the door. I also like how the offense didn't go into a shell in the 2nd half, and put more points on the board. We need more of that mentality for the remainder of the season.

Now...on to Buffalo...

I agree - that is complete BS!!!!! Just heard from Chris Mortensen on ESPN that there is actually a SCHEDULE of fines for fighting. Seymour is a REPEAT OFFENDER ( 2nd offense ), and he was given the MAXIMUM fine of $25k. But answer me this...how the heck is it fighting when you SUCKERPUNCH someone who isn't even looking at you, let alone trying to hit you? To me, that isn't fighting...it is ASSAULT!

Yep - he's a repeat offender per Chris Mortensen this evening. What a crock of crap. If you ask me, what's to prevent teams from sending a backup out on the field to take a cheap shot at a star on the other team. So what? They get kicked out of the game and a fine of less than $25k if they have no "priors". In a playoff situation, if you knock out the other team's starting QB, your chance of winning skyrockets...

The Rooneys have such respect for and from the entire league - I wonder how much more of this it will take to make them speak out in some form...
