Do they allow you to trailer your car there? FLD at the airport they would not let you.

Haha, but seriously does anybody know if you can trailer your car there? Im asking because I have no problem driving it there but sometimes getting home can be a problem.

LOL half those cars were trailed. Go for a drive down the street, its no coincidence that there are like 5 car trailers in every open parking lot.

I hope they don't have some retarded ass old guy work the water box again. Burnout box was dry and they have a hose right there, and yet when I ask him nicely to put some water down he tells me "its wet enough" and I couldn't even keep the tires spinning. Pisses me off terribly just because some old guy thinks he is too good to wet the water box down for some kid in a mustang.

The burnout box hooked up better than the starting line.

If they ask just tell them it was trailered for one of the other events. That's what I'll tell them if I trailer mine.

Well I don't want to deter anyone from coming....the more the merrier. However, I'm obviously disappointed in their lack of preparation.

(I actually called THREE seperate times and talked to THREE different people and not one of them had a clue....LOL)

Depending on price, I might bring a set of old tires with me and play around on the VDA during the drifting session. Should be a riot if anything. :)

You're not deterring me, I already had the feeling this was going to be a cluster with the lemons race before the FLD's. The flier being handed out at Starlite said FLD's at 4ish, which realistically means not until after 5 and with it getting dark by 8 doesn't seem worth the $25 to get ****ed around with.

    Got some info finally:

To get in the gate (opens at 7am): $5
    Car show: Free
Autocross: 9am – 4pm and supposedly there will be dedicated corner workers so you can run all day; cost is $40
Drifting on VDA: 4pm till dark, $40
Lemons Race runs in the morning, breaks for lunch, and continues from 2-5pm
FLD’s from 5 till dark – person I talked to wasn’t sure if there will be a discount because of reduced run time or not

There is also a Dirt Days going on for the woods trail rigs.
There is cart rentals on the cart track.

Is dirt days for dirt bikes also, or only for 4x4 trucks?

I like to get a little bit dirty!

John, did they say where they were going to be running the X-cross, on which track. My only reason for asking is if they're running the lemon race on the big track and drifting on the VDA, how will they run the X-cross and where will they need the Corner workers if they X-cross on the VDA?

Looks like auto-x is on the VDA and then afterwards is Drifting. Auto-x ENDS at 4 and Drifting STARTS at 4.
