    Fox lower quarter patch panels

I am hearing that since these areas rust out bad, that finding nice clean quarters with the lower in decent shape is getting tougher and tougher. My question is, have any of you guys been looking, or have had to buy a new skin, and cut off the lower section? I have been getting some calls on this piece, so I decided to mock one up. Tell me what you think, and if this is something we should start to carry. These are the section behind the tire, and the top is cut at the body line behind the trim molding.
    Thanks, Scott

My dad sells new sheet metal, and he said that no one is re poping just the lower section, only the whole quarter. So I figured I would make one. It matches the stock contour, and wheel well lip.

Good idea Scott, might work for those guys that want to run over 28" tires as that is a section to modify. Might make it easier.

Yeah, between the rust issue, and bigger tires, hopefully these will help.

The next NMRA event we are going to is the Bowling green, Ky race at the end of Sept. We are busy getting things ready for BG, and trying to get new parts mocked up. So hopefully some of you guy's will make the haul to BG to race.

If you are asking if I can remake these pieces out of fiberglass , I don't get into the glass work. I would have to look at them really close to see if they could be made out of steel.

That is actually a good idea if they could be made as above, not fiberglass.
I would also recommend the 91-93 panels if you're going to do just one as these give more wheel clearance.
