that combined with a drug test refusal says it all. I personally think a drug test is an invasion of privacy BUT when in a case like this where there is circumstantial evidence that you're guilty of something then not doing it says a lot.

On Clearview Ave with the rear of the houses facing the woods. (see map on page 3)
The woods with trails (and apparently pot plants LOL) are between Clearview and Cemetery Lane.
