I finally decided to make the exhaust on my 09 Hemi Ram sound a bit better. Just ordered the Mufflex muffler delete to give the Hemi a little more bark. I ended up seeing a guy at the golf course 2 weeks ago with this on his truck and it sounded great! Here's a good youtube clip of what it will sounds like:

Sounds awesome. So I take it this is no mufflers and just the stock cats or are there some sort of resonators in there? Someone could make a fortune just bending up some pipe with nice tips for these newer trucks. I bought a flowmaster kit for my F150 and it never made it on the truck cause it sounded so good with just an open stock Y-pipe. A lot of people scoff at the idea, but I think that's just because they haven't heard a truck without mufflers or heard some older truck that sounded like crap. I know my buddies 04 GMC sounded terrible with an open Y, but the Fords and it seems the Dodges sound good.

Your correct Ray, that is with the cats still in place and the resonators. The dual exhaust you see out the back is the factory pipes. All that gets changed is a y pipe put in place of the stock muffler. The one offered by Mufflex is mandrel bent 409 stainless.

that sounds incredible ed! I've been looking around for something for my silverado, but I'm just not sold on anything so far, sound wise. Dynomax just released a new setup for my truck, but waiting on others to get it first so I can hear it
