These are my new 275-50-17 M&H drag radial, just cruising around on the street w/ 35lbs. of air they seem to hook really well, im impressed so far, we'll see what they can do at the track here shortly.

Yes they are, but I bet they won't hook worth a shit. Just get a 15" wheel with a 28" tall tire if you're looking for hook!

    28" on a 17 has the same amount of sidewall as a 26" on a 15.

Looks good Rob, I can't wait to see how they work for you at cecil!

Nice. I wish my Nitto drag radials thought about hooking. They flat out suck.

I've gone 1.68 on my 315-35-17 nittos. Do you just blow them off or do they hook and then spin?

I have a set of 28" Hoosier slicks mounted on 15" rims, these are my street/track rims, as the 15"s are track only.

I bought them directly from M&H, thats the cheapest way to get them, believe me I checked around. They have unbelievable customer service.
They also have alot of other sizes too.
Are you going to the superstallions track rental at cecil in april??

I cant wait either!! There miles ahead of the nitto's I use to run, and I actually liked them and thought they hooked well.
Another month & we'll see what happens!!!

My bad! I thought these were going to be your track tires.

Now go put some paint on those brake drums!

Just blow them off. From a stop or anywhere under 30 mph i cant go WOT. As soon as the converter flashes its all over for those tires. I run 30 psi in them on the street though. I imagine if i lowered it they would be better but im not concerned. My street racing days are pretty much over anyway.
