This is a like new perfect condition Weider 200 Power Tower freestanding machine.
You can do pull-ups, dips, raised (deep) push-ups, and abs / knee raises.

Great for P90X!

Even though the manufacturer rates the max user weight capacity at 300 lbs I weigh 240 lbs and put a few bags of sand across the legs to keep it stable when doing dips.

Reason for selling: I cannot do pull-ups at all due to a rotator cuff problem from years ago. It is just taking up space. I can use it for dips but chairs do the trick for that. This thing is pretty big and is just taking up space. I would say that I used this less than 10 times since buying it new from Amazon for $169.00 shipped earlier this year.
