Yeah, it would add a whole new dynamic to parachutes ...

As much as I HATE 1/8th mile racing, that place is the perfect place to do that. They could move the line up 30-50' to move the burn out pads on the level and have a dead flat 1/8 mile surface with an up hill shutdown. It would be a shame as there is a TON of shut down there now, but it is the logical thing to be done.

Would likely save a lot of the needed rapirs to the track surface too.

Probably true Bob, but I also dislike 1/8 mile---can't have that turbo top-end pull right? ;)
