I was a TB rookie until this year and I will tell you its badass.
3 of the more excellent additions to my car have been the line-lock, then the 2-step and now the TB. After each one, I was like 'hell yeah' :)
I've only tested with the auto once, but after doing a foot-brake and a TB, there is no comparison. As Bobby mentioned, TB is maybe not as violent as a side-step but still pretty interesting.

Automatics suck, you never have traction issues, nothing breaks, and you are bored out of your mind 12 seconds at a time.

I know what you mean. My dad still thinks my car will run with his because mine "Feels faster". First, there's not even a chance mine will keep up with his. Second, a stick shift is just a more violent ride down the track than an auto of similar power levels.

Automatics WIN, you never have traction issues, nothing breaks, and you GET A CONSTANT PULL FOR 8 seconds at a time.

My old n/a combo was at 5000 on the brake and I really didn't miss side stepping the clutch.
