So I have tickets to Monday Nights Caps game and It will be my first trip to the new Arena. I was excited but with all my fav players out either to injury or to the fight/hockey game from the other week It's not going to be as exciting as I was hoping. I heard Ovech. isn't even playing Monday's game.

I'll be at the game tonight too.
Surprisingly, I've been going to a lot of games this year. It's refreshing that we keep finding ways to win and seeing all the WB boys stepping up into big roles. But having said that, if we don't get Crosby back this year (which is a big possibility) and make some decent trades at the deadline, we will not be making a run at the cup this year.

Agreed. I'm happy with 1 point out of yesterdays game. Even if they can't make a good run this year, hopefully it will give some guys the ice time to show what they got. I'm impressed with vitale, and sterling.
It's a shame this season went the way it did, they were on a roll earlier. Oh well. Hopefully Crosby comes back but like you said.....it doesn't look good.

Well, I like the new arena. Not happy about tonights game, but had awesome seats though. I hate the Capitols and the Flyers for that matter so when we take a loss to them it's extra painful.

Where have all of you been? The Pens are gittin it done this week!! The Flower was SOLID last night in the 1-0 shootout win!!! Sid was looking good skating yesterday. Orpik is close to coming back. The pickup of Neal itself was huge. The guy is a beast on the ice. I think his skills are just as good as malkins but he seem to have more energy or something. Niskinin doesn't really impress me much, but he's better than gogo thats for sure.
I got a gut feeling sid will be back for the P/O's.
They are playing very good hockey. I agree that Neal was a huge deal.

I don't know if anyone watched Crosby skate this morning but the video was posted on the pens website and he's looking really good. He'll be back for playoffs and with him and everyone else healthy, I bet they can make a run at the cup, even without geno. We'll see. But at the very least, I'll be enjoying the first round.
