    Help me choose rear tires

Well the old style BFG dr's that were on my 15x10 welds are about dead. Whats the best gripping dr available? I'm thinking et dr's, but open to suggestions. I don't ever plan to have the car in the rain, but you never know, so I'm avoiding the true ET Streets like I used to have. Running sportsman's in the front. Currently have 275's on the back. With a 10" rim could I go with 315's and would that make the tire shorter than 26". Thanks.

I'd say got with the MT ET Radials in the 325/50/15 if you need to stay with a radial. Mine hook really good on the street and at the track. They should last a decent amount if you're just using them to and from the track and maybe the occasional street race  Here's a link to the MT page for them... http://www.mickeythompsontires.com/s...ETStreetRadial

Tire selection sucks, because there are few drag wheels this bolt pattern, 15" hardly fit without grinding through the calipers, and most everything 16" is a full slick, and I want to keep a true street tire on the 18"'s

305-45-18 drag radials....Nitto and Mickey Thompson both make this size. The Mickeys just came out recently....They are 28.8" tall

I love the mickey thompsons, but if you are size shopping, nobody has more sizes than M&H race master, and they are a great tire to boot...
