stroker Ive been scammed before and it sucks but if your gonna go the legal route I wouldn't trash him very much. Ok he said gmkillr and meant slayer or vice versa honest mistake there they are very similar I dont think an apology is needed for that. You two work it out of this board because its just gonna make it worse. I ve been there and flaunting on this board will cause absolute mayham. If you infact feel cheated then go file a police report its that simple.

an apology wasn't necessary especially not coming from me but did it because he shouldn't have been drug in this..gm slayer gave me the proof I needed on the blower..

Could very well be the case but you should know what you have before advertising it as something. I took it up the ass with no lube when I bought a motor that was supposed to be all forged and when I got it I realized it was a stock motor with aftermarket hyperuetectic pistons. Whether the guy intended on screwing me or not he still needs to man up and give me my money. Big difference between "all forged motor from MMR" and "stock motor with hyper pistons and gouges in the pistons from PTV clearance". Enough rant about that, but the court decided he does need to give me my money back. Unfortunately he is a scum bag and doesn't have anything in his name so the lien I have against his property is pointless and I will never see that money again.

But at any rate, saying its an S trim is crap. It clearly says in the for sale add that its an A trim and Gray5.0 himself in other threads has said its an A trim. Thats pretty clear cut. The other stuff might have been a mistake however.
