Got 1 last wire to solder (RPM reference for nitrous window switch), 2 wires to ground (need to pickup more ring connectors), leak test the plumbing, verify the nitrous controller is picking up RPM and Throttle position and let her rip.

    Can't wait.

If you were winning those parts wouldn't have hit you... :)

All jokes aside that sucks man and I'm sorry to hear your car was hit by that shiny metal looking thing. What was it that came off of that car? It is hard to make out. It almost looks like a nitrous backfire that sent the CAI onto the track and maybe it was the throttle body that hit your car?

Luckily in the vid it looks like it his his wheel. We checked the side of his car and couldn't see any damage.

If I was faster I would prob not be there to make that run, I would have been taken out Saturday night by the car that crossed into my lane about 30 feet in front of me and then took out the 1/4 timing lights.

Def dont think it was the TB... he was driving down the return road behind me normally.

I will post the video from the GoPro when I get home, you can see it better.

OUCH! Sometimes it pays to be the slower car. When I run T&T if I'm up against someone noticably faster than me I will sometimes wait and let them leave before me so that if something goes wrong I may have time to avoid it rather than be plowed into from behind with no way of saving it. I'm glad your car wasn't hurt, that piece looked big enough to cause some damage.

Mike get the pics hosted! I had a blast other than having 2 hours of sleep and eating Denny's at midnight in the same day. Not a good mixture . It was definitely worth the trouble though. The cars there were a whole other level of fast.
