bunch of us are heading down. we are bringing 3 or 4 cars from the shop to race. we already have rooms for this. if no one has been to this event i would recommend it to anyone. MIR is a fantastic facility. def a nice turnout for pretty much last big race of the year

“Wild Street”, “True Street”, “Motor Street”, and “Factory Shootout” classes are way too big to list. These are our biggest classes. Many of these classes have 60+ cars in them, you will get to see these drivers once qualifying is posted.

“10.50 Index”, “11.50 Index”, “Auto ET”, and “Stick ET” classes are way too big to list also and no way to keep track of because not everyone is on the boards. But these classes draw in hundreds of entries per class.

I appreciate the offer Jeff but I won't even be back in town until tomorrow at 6pm. I can haul the tires in the back of my f-bucket if I decide to race.

I'm having more of a problem finding street tires haha. I have a set I lent out to someone, hopefully I will get them back tomorrow but he is not the most reliable person I know.

Ok... The Saturday Night After Party will be at "Hard Times Cafe" in Waldorf, MD. I will make up a flyer and have it at MIR on Saturday for anyone that wants to come to the tower and grab one for details and directions. They said they can handle about 400 people, and they are going to bring in a bunch more bartenders and waitresses for the WCF event. The WCF will pack that place!

    Hard Times Cafe
    1120 Smallwood Drive West
    Waldorf MD 20603

    http://www.hardtimes.com/location/de...?LocationId=13

    * Only 20 Minutes from MIR in Waldorf, MD!
    * After Party Starts at 9:00pm on Saturday Night!
    * Will be serving full menu till 1:00am!
    * Huge Bar open till 2:00am!
    * 12 pool tables at Hard Times Cafe!
    * Tons of parking in the shopping center!
    * Wear a racing shirt if you got one so everyone knows your with the race!

    Dead link Brian

But again thanks for the offers guys unfortunately if I wont know until tomorrow, so whatever happens happens. I'm not too worried with racing but with the cold weather and elevation I'd like to try.
