Maybe muffler bearing? LOL, if yu frame through the video, there is a black puff, then something black going straight back from the Mustang 1st, then the shiney bit comes at you. Pure speculation, but maybe it tossed a belt (blower belt?) and that took off a valve cover breather or something like that.
If you look after the shiny bit flys at me you can see what looks like the end of a CAI come falling out of the mustang... no idea.
