    flashlight drags 10/30/10

mike from the fld asked me to post up this weekends event

check out more info here - http://www.flashlightdrags.com/

they are are also doing fastest street car :

    Let's Go Racing!
    WAYNESBURG
    Saturday! Saturday! Saturday!
    October 30th - Season Finale

    Please read this entire message.
It contains news about the event and some changes in format & time.
Gates open 12:30 for Racers and Spectators
    Drivers meeting at 1:00
Racing from 1:30 until 5:30 (remember it's getting darker much earlier)

There are also some physical changes at the airport that we must all be aware of. Please be patient. The airport has just been repaved! It should not have an effect on the races, but it will impact parking. You will be directed where to park once you get there. There is a Cross Country event at the airport on the same day, hosted by Waynesburg University. It will be over by the time our gates open at 12:30, just as our event starts.

The winners will advance to the Street Contender Class at the end of the event. The final 8 will run for STREET CONTENDER of 2010. A cash payout will be awarded to the overall winner of this class.

Trying again at street contender this year. Last time I think only me and torqueboxer were the only two n/a cars in S/C towards the end. He ended up knocking me out next round.

I'm goin' for sure. My only chance is if I race against someone who can't get traction.

It just soothes the pain of knowing I can't afford them...because I have to pay for a 700 goddamn dollar bumper. Our shop insurance sucks balls.

BTW, aren't you tired? I heard putting the car in Drive and mashing the gas was a hell of a tough task.
