Dennis its a damn good thing you guys went to PRP instead. Flashlight drags was a shit hole today to say the least. The surface was "redone" and I don't know if its paved or tarred + chipped or what but whoever did it shouldn't quit their day job. The least the could have done is run a tractor with a brush over the course today. There were rocks everywhere, my shit got loose on the 2nd-3rd shift on ET streets, the girl in the silver 427 C6 shot off the track, a 66 Chevelle did a 180 at half track, and an LS1 miata on DRs spun as well. It was scary loose and very unsafe, stock hondas and cavaliers couldn't hook.

That surface was very very loose! I had no traction thru 2nd and shifting into 3rd I got sideways! There were alot of spinouts!

Yeah, it was totally rediculous!! Might as well raced on a tar'd and chipped road! My last run I found out it was better to drive around the water and do a quick spin of the tires to get the rocks off instead of heatin'em up alot so that the thousands of tiny pebbles wouldn't embed themselves into the tires!

I'm usually not down on tracks or events, but that was hands down the worst ever. I will go back next year. Hopefully it will be in better shape by then.

lol yes its hard to belive that a 4.6 2v mustang on dr's couldnt hook through 3rd gear... but yeah hands down the worst racing surface they could have picked, a dirt road would have honestly been better.. some serious spinnouts to someone could have really goten hurt over that bs.

so if they tar and chipped then tar again that is never gonna b any good they tar and chipped the road out in front of my place last year and its still ruff and it sees alot of traffi. u got a better chance of seeing god down there than me.
