Good place to order HID conversion kit?

Looking for a referral to a good reputable source.
I want to install HID foglights to match the sweet HIDs in my wife's Aviator factory headlights.
Not looking for cheapest, just a good quality kit.
Factory is 9140 foglight bulb.

I would look into DDM Tuning. I have been running a DDM kit for almost 2 years without an issue. Very good prices as well.

DDM tuning should be here tomorrow.
They were good on the phone, have lifetime warranty and I found no bad reviews, so why spend 3x more elsewhere.
I'll take some before/after pics.
