woohoo got a new toy :)

People into detailing will like this.
I got it at Autoality tonight at Monroeville mall a Flex 3401 DA. I have been wanting a Flex for a long time..Was tired of using my Porter Cable 7424, just wasnt very smooth compared to this machine and no where near the power.

I also got 2 Jars of Dodo Juice Skull candy, 1 jar of Dodo Juice Purple haze pro, and new microfibers from Autogeek coming in on monday. I want to see how these waxes compare to my Wolfgang Fuzion..I cant wait to use this new machine next week since its gonna be 60 and sunny all week

Cool. I use a PC now and it seems like more power would be great at times. Please let us know how well it works for you.

BTW I am also using the WG fuzion currently along with some Poorboys products. It's nice to know that place stocks some of these items so I will not need to mail order all the time. How are the prices there?

Mark, prices seem to be in line with most of the online sites, maybe a little lower for some.

buff the mustang out today..I have to say this thing kills the PC..It doesnt make my hand go numb from vibrations like the PC does at 6. it took about 2 passes to correct what the PC took at about 4 passes. There is NO stalling since its direct drive and I really like that. it is a bit more difficult to use then the PC because if you dont keep it flat it will try to run away on you since there is nothing stopping it from spinning. it takes a little getting use to. Overall I love it and wish i would have got it sooner. I think Autoality prices are about the same if not cheaper then autogeek on most things. their buffing pads are like 2bucks cheaper then autogeek.

it was new but it was it also came with DISO(Dealer installed swirl option)
When i bought it with only 15miles on it..i have never seen paint in such bad shape with the amount of scratches and crap from their crappy ass wash boys and snow brushing. I am also kind of anal about my paint and detailing crap. I probably got like 2grand worth of detailing products...I clean my car more then I drive it.

when I was in high school I used to detail at a dealer and It sucked! it was nice because you could clean your own car but detailing navigators sucked!
