Go with the 347, have the heads cleaned up it they're off and definitely change the intake. I like the Holley idea (although the lower should be ported and even welded on #1 for max power) or the TFS R. You could also go with a gigger TB/meter and 4" Anderson powerpipe. Stock block NA at the this level is fine probably shift 6500-7000 range, should make 450hp range depending on cam and RPM, keep a 26-27" tire or you'll want more gear.
