FS: 8.8 Solid Rear Axle. Cobra Brakes! Disc-to-disc.

I'm selling an 8.8 out of a low mile 2001 Bullitt. The rear end is extremely clean and in untouched original factory condition. It is totally complete! This setup will allow you to affordably shave ~100 lbs. off of your IRS Cobra, have a generally stronger rear-end as well as provide much better traction control. SRAs work!

    Package includes:
-Clean 8.8 housing w/ original Ford gears
-Cobra Disc Brake setup w/ brackets, calipers, rotors and pads!
    -Control Arms
    -Tokico Shocks
    -Quad Shocks
    -BULLITT SPRINGS!
    -Emergency brake cables
    -ABS Wiring
    -Pinion Snubber + Hardware
    -Exhaust hangers + Hardware
    -Sway Bar

This is the real deal, make the swap easy on yourself and get nice, clean and original parts that come as a total bolt-in package. If you're not into worrying about junkyard issues like bent axle tubes or broken parts, and you're not in the mood to search around for the tons of misc. parts that come with this kit, shoot me a pm!

$649 with free shipping up to 100 miles from Pittsburgh, PA. If you live farther than that, please pm me and we can negotiate price based on shipping!

Will this work in a Fox body? What else would I need to install it?

You would have to check with someone more knowledgable on fox bodies, but I don't think the mounting points are the same. Everything is there to do the swap- but New Edge cars were a little wider than Fox Bodies so at the very least your rear wheels would stick out a little farther than they do now.

It will bolt in fine but the 99 - 04 housing is aprox. 3 inches wider than fox length.
