what isn't working right about it? the software? ABACO recommends a dyno tune when you get the meter
I had one....what's it doing? Make sure it's not on backwards (easy to do). Also, make sure the dial is turned to the right number for injectors.
The car barely idles and wont pull itself under its own power. The directions only say to load a maf calibration into. What do you mean w/ make sure the dial is turned to the right number for injectors? The software says the dial is for multiple calibrations and you can load for each number. I know the meter is installed correctly(well according to the directions) Does this meter need to be clocked a certain way like the old meters? Meaning the dial needs to be in the 12 o'clock position.

I mean if you load 30# injectors (just an example), you have 10 different numbers to put it on. When I got my meter from afm I recieved a sheet of paper showing that my 60# injctors were on number 2. I wasn't aware of this and had it on 1. It was doing the exact same thing you're describing. Could be the problem..
And no, from what I understand the position of the meter makes no difference
This meter came w/ no calibrations on it.Only paperwork was where to get the software and a reciept. I supposedly loaded afm's 42# calibration on slot 1, the dyno tuners 2 calibrations on slots 2 and 3. They all act the same like I missed something.
