best street/strip radials

I only race on race tires, but have been suprisingly happy with the Nitto 555R's for daily driver use. I have had them in the rain at speed, etc and they have not done anything to suprise me (as long as I drive like it like it's got skinnies on the front ;) ). They seem to be holding up really well too.

I have tried the Nittos, MT DRs, MT ETs and Hoosiers. I found the ETs to hook the best. A close second is the Hoosiers though.

BFG Dr's work well.

Thats what I rode and despite being wrong wheel drive I think I cut a few 1.9's on them.

They seem to hook well on the track, and wear nicely. Just a nice in between tire IMO. Plus I was never worried in the rain.

My nittos had excellent wear, but you had to torch them to get any hook at all.
