You should have a great view of the back of the bench and that's it. At least I know 3 Rivers was that way.

i havent been up top in heinz but everywhere on the bottom level is a great seat. i was first row behind the visitors bench and could see everything.

Yeah we can see everything and hear the coaches and players talking on the sideline too. They raised the ground level seats 10 feet off the ground so you could see over the players.
