I'm just glad Ford now make a formidable NA mustang because they've lacked that for decades. There is nothing wrong with using a power adder, but there is just something about NA power.

If you need anymore reading information, I will be glad to supply you.
I never said it was fair and square... my point was that GM isn't the only bad guy on the block... every single American Auto manufacturer is guilty of something.... but its ridiculous to loose respect for an entire line of vehicles just because of the financial shortfalls of the parent company, when every single company is having financial trouble of one sort or another.... Its not like the economy is booming, and one company decided to "f" all of its investors and employees (see: Adelphia cable)...

No, i don't think its fair - but did result in you and I having to pay more taxes? No. So, if it ensures that GM can stay fully solvent while they continue to pay back the rest of the bailout, the financial impact it will have on the rest of the market is something you will be thankful for....

Your rationale doesn't factor in the whole picture... you just cry like Ford is the red-headed step-child that mommy and daddy forgot to buy a Christmas gift for...

Nonetheless, there's no point in debating any further, because now we've got people just adding random stupid comments

Right. About time. The MT82 and 6R80 versions are clicking off mid 12's in showroom trim. It takes slicks, gears, some exhaust work, weight reduction and some savvy driving to put a pushrod 302 into the twelves.

Formidable. Guy on the east coast just hit a 12.374@114.45 with a best of a 1.871 60'. Stone stock automatic example.

well the problem with that is the "other " manufactures need more than 5 liters to make the kind of power the new 5.0 does
