Better as in driveability, performance, etc? How much power? What kind of tire compound?

I just want something with great driveability, but will NOT slip, my car is pushing around 250hp with 293 trq to the rear wheels, i think it still has the stock one but i'm not sure.

The FRPP King Cobra offers light pedal pressure and chattering is non- existant from what I have seen. Centerforce DF is another example I had real world experience with in a N/A application. Minimal pedal effort and good modulation/uptake.

okay thanks guys, i'll probably get the king cobra, my one friend has a centerforce DF clutch and its horrible, you HAVE to have the pedal all the way touching the floor to go in gear, and its real hard to push. i think its the $400 clutch

The reason the clutch needs to be to the floor is because it is not adjusted properly i.e., adjustable quadrant. If you *think* the DF is hard to push, check out an Anderson Hi-Rev clutch

For the power you are pushing, I too would run the FMS clutch. I ran a FMS HD clutch in my car for years. The HD clutch takes 50lbs of force to release where as the KC takes roughly 35-40lbs according to Don Walsh. My HD clutch was geat, it never chattered, it held great (until I put ET streets on) and it was easily slipped. The pedal effort was a bit rough, but all in all I liked it. It only showed signs of weekness on my car at the track on a hard launch on ET streets at which time it'd slip out past the 60' mark but then it'd hold of the rest of the run. I attribute much of this due to the weight of my car.
