Honestly, save your money and just get two bolts and nuts, remove the stock handle and pull the rubber bushings out, replace with new bolts. Presto, cheap shifter. Put the money towards a better upgrade like gears.

All aftermarket shifters are pretty nice, but the MGW shifter has the shortest throw by far out of any of them.

i like my old hurst's, my svo cam stock with one, but am willing to try the pro-50 next , the good thing about the aftermarket shifters is the travel stops that help from over shifting and hurting the shift forks, THE ONLY REAL SHIFTER OUT THERE IS THE LONG VERTIGATE , GO LONG OR GO HOME

Mgw shifters are very nice pieces and once you use them you won't look back.

The SVO Hurst was a piece of crap in my opinion ... Honestly though a stock TurboCoupe shifter was better. Not sure if there was something up with it or what but it was vauge at best.

I have tried several shifters, I have been happiest with the Pro 5.0 but also really liked my old cheap UPR shifter (TriAx knock off)
