i saw that...wish i had the funds
+1
And the fact that it has all that work under the hood and just passed a CA smog test is really impressive. I used to hate that color when I was younger but I love it now. Buy that car and throw a set of 18" polished CCW classics on it and you have the perfect fox body
Very nice, but not something id blow $25k on even if ik had the cash. Btw, all that engine work and he went with an off the shelf ford F303 cam? Why? Also, I dunno why but it almost seems like he went too far with the keep it stock look, escpecially with the engine bay I think...meh
03 Cobra=slow show car...
13 F-150 Limited
I like it - to me, there's nothing wrong with an F-cam if it runs 9.9's...
2014 GT Premium - Sterling Gray Metallic - MT82 - Track Pack - Glass Roof - Recaro seats - Spoiler delete
12.76 @ 114.04 bone stock. Koni yellow coil-overs, BMR watts, LCA and LCA relo brackets, Borla S-type axle back.
1966 Coupe - 331 stroker - Bullet custom roller cam - cam and motor installed and dyno tuned by Rodeheavers Hot Rod - Astro A5 - McLeod RXT - 486 to the wheels - more fun than my little tires can handle
1966 Oldsmobile Toronado - currently NOT on jackstands
I'm not sure why, but there is something neat about being to say your car runs sub-10 seconds...with an F303 cam.
Now, the Cobra intake is another story. He must have done a lot of work to that - I thought in stock form they were only good to 450 horsepower or so?
I like the stock look for a 1993 Cobra. If he was going to mod the body a lot, he might as well start with a regular GT. The way he has done it, the car retains a little more of its value.
I wouldn't ever mod a 1993 Cobra to this extent, but if I had to spend this much on one, I'd like it to come out with this same look and performance ( except I'd probably want to keep a manual tranny ).
