    Bottomline is by the time the guy pays for his bail, lawyer and impound fees, even if he gets found not guilty who really won ?

    You really think the police need to prove an exact speed of the vehicle to arrest him for reckless or careless driving ?

    I wonder if he had his LTCF with him ?
