Cobra r= factory side exit. Completely legal exhaust. , but its all in who u ask. Also alog of ppl has crazy fast street cars till its come down to the moment they say let's go go the track, then its not street. Point being people say they have street cars that barely hit the street, I drove mine to work for 2 years

Not only did I fail at building a fast mustang but I bought a yellow zo6 cause I couldn't get my little dick up.
Exhaust only has to exit the vehicle not just out the rear!
Hemi cars etc...never came equipped with AC from the factory like alot of cars dont!

I never said it wasn't allowed to have side pipes.. If the vehicle came that way from the factory its legal otherwise, it will fail visual. if its required for state.
