I have a good friend who is a PA state trooper and his car is further from being legal in PA then mine

. I have also been pulled over before for my car beinging to loud. The trooper asked why I wasn't running mufflers, I told him I was the tailpipes just turned down after the rear axle. He got down and looked under the car then asked me to pop the hood. After looking everything over he told me he loved the car and to have a nice day. :) But every cop is different.

Also for those running ET steets and Drag radials, even though they are stamped DOT they are still illegal in PA, not sure on the status of all the other states.

He was running 6s before dragweek just couldnt get a 6 during drag week.

The car was purpose built for dragweek.

Thats what sucks about cops. most of them around my area like to be dicks...

i'm all confused! i think i accidently built a race car. spool, manual steering, no emissions equip, Hoosier QTP's, removed A/C & for the most part the entire hvac system, lightweight seats, no radio equipment, no rear seats. the list goes on. i guess i shouldn't drive it to PRP or Beaver Springs or around Pittsburgh like i did last spring. i probably also shouldn't put race gas in so i can put a little more timing in it either. i think i'll sell it now & buy something that might be more "streetable"

I have been known to go to the track with the staties so ill just take their word for it I guess ... Heck maybe ill bring one with to prp and let someone try and say my cars not "state legal"...

I will say however my car is a public nuisance
