If you are not in a hurry maybe you can still get them from Ford.
The autozone "help" section used to have them.

Ran into the same thing - they had them in stock at the local autozone, for around 12 bucks (3 bolts the most common one that break) - I am not sure that the ARP bolts have the stud that you need for the accessory drive bracket. We had enough left to heat the snapped part up nice and cherry red, then used vise grips to remove it.
Used anti-seize to prevent this from occurring in the future. The car was an 85, and they were probably in there since 1985....
i bought two of the "help" water pump stud packets ordered from carquest.
they had to be special ordered.
