agreed... Shortly after I had S3 put on, I took the car out to have tires put on it and an alignment. They claimed that they needed to "road test it" which I didn't think anything of. It wasn't until the guy got back and said something like "Wow that thing's fast!" that everything clicked. I reamed the manager a new one asking him if it was standard policy after an alignment to flog a customers car to find out if its "fast".
And that was just a neon with a kid wanting to flog it. If that had been my GT and it was wrecked, Im with the forum poster who mentioned jail time and lawyers figuring it out.
