2004 Mach 1..whats a good price for 31kmiles

Ive come across a 2004 Mach 1. Its got 30918miles on it. 5spd. 6 disc cd changer. mach 460 sound. Only mods that i could see were cat back flowmaster exhaust. xpipe. tinted windows, i think 410 gears and a few billet pieces inside. car is in really good shape. not a mark on it that i could see. comes with a 6 month 6,000m warranty. Whats a good price for this car based on your opinion? they had it advertised for $17498.00 but i got them down little more than that. just curious what everyone thinks.

What color? I'd say around $15,000 or so from what your discribing.

One just sold on barrett jackson last night it had 517 miles on it for $24,000

its red in color. and i seen that last nite on barret jackson...sales man didnt know what to say when i said for $6000 more i coulda bought the one on barret jackson last nite. I got the guy down to 15527.00 out the door. Just sorta feeling around on what ppl think. Nvr owned a mach1 before but i definitely like this one. What kinda power would it put down with just an sct tune and the mods it has?

Still seems a little high from what ive been seeing machs go for lately. another thing to think about is the 03 cobras have finally come down in price and for a little more money you could be in one of those but if your heart is set on a mach then i think i would shop around a little

Very true! When I sold my Cobra, it went for $18,500 (which was my original asking price) and was in very good shape with only 30,*** miles on it. Sold it in 5 days and didn't advertise it. Just did word of mouth. I got very lucky!

You can find them out there, just have to look.

Check Mach1 registry.com. I have seen built s/c on there go for 17000! I was going to buy one before with 30000 for 14500. Here is the post with the mods it had and opics lower in the post.

Bossman. Glad to see I'm not the only sicko watching Barrett Jackson. I saw that yellow Mach go thru. I don't think it was worth it.

Too much for a Mach 1 IMO. That's around the price for an 03 Cobra.

yes I think mach 1 should be priced around the low teens... not worth termi money

ive really been looking around but having a hard time finding an 03 cobra in the same price range as this mach 1. Ive seen them at the lowest of 17500 but with 60-80k miles. Do you guys think $14500 out the door would be a fair price to pay or not? ive always wanted a mach 1 but i cant go ne higher than 15500 out the door payment wise would be.

Try to buy off a private party. You can say you bought it for less if they are willing to say that too and than the tax will be less. Don't rush to buy! Trust me I have made that mistake you can find a cobra. Look at svtpperformance.com

I'm not in the market for one, but seen this on another site. Looks to be a pretty good deal, it has a few more miles than the one you are looking at but the price is much lower.

yea i definitely dont wanna rush into this but ive been "looking" so to say for a yr for a mach 1 and a cobra and the cobras r still just out of my reach for what they want for once. I dont want one that has 80k miles on it. that many miles on a supercharged motor and how the cobras are known for the "tick" just scares me with my luck. I figured the mach 1 would be a good collector car with low miles. Ill be lucky to put 7k miles on it a year now that i live closer to work and with the few tasteful mods done it, it would still be a good cruiser/ beginner bracket racer/ car show queen stang to have but if i could find that one cobra thats been takin care of id jump on it.
