My girlfriend lost the title for her oldsmobile alero and a guy at work wants to come buy it. The issue is that the title is through NY state and of course we are in PA. I looked on the DMVs website and saw about if she wanted to get it back all the forms and such she would have to get, but is there anything the guy coming to get it could do to get the title sent straight to him or does she have to send in for it and then sign it over to him?
i bet she will have to get a duplicate then sign it over to him

she will have to file for lost title,once new one arrives then the transfer can be done.
