    Export?

Ok I did a history report on my car the other day and its got me wondering..

My 94 GT has the export fender flares and they are metal.. I didn't think anything of it but when I got the report I noticed something odd. The car was built in Dearborn Michigan in 1994 but the first record of it being registered was in 2003 in Connecticut. So where was the car for 9 years?

The other question is, is this even significant? I just assumed it was a Canadian car.. Anyway I can find out if was shipped over seas and brought back? Is there any value it in being an export if it is? I kinda think the flares are ugly but I might keep them if they really are OEM.

Taillights are not the import units.

Ok did a little home work and found the DSO number on my car its 13 thats the New York Region. So not its not an export.. Good I am selling these ugly ass fender flares.. LOL

this is the website I used to decode the info on the door sticker.

If your DSO is in the 90s your car is an export..
