    Look what I found...64 ?? Falcon ??

Came home to find this on a flatbed a few doors down from me.
Guy isn't home yet but I asked his son about it. He usually just tows junk.
I'm gonna see what the deal is and try to snag it cheap.

Wow, that is nice. There is quite a bit of rear suspension work there also.

Nice solid looking car. Body looks real good. Thats a plus if it only needs minor attention. That cross rail behind fuel tank has got to go or be fixed better. I got ideas rolling in my head just from the pictures.

I have ideas too. That car is in nice shape and has seen some love... note the aluminum rad, and electric fuel pump (in front of gas tank). Any status update?

Don't tell me it went to the crusher. Do you have any idea how lokg I have been looking for a good classic ford to build? I keep almost buying fox bodies but have to resist the urge.

It's still out front on the flatbed. This is day 3.
I talked to the son again and he said it isn't for sale but I'd still like to talk to his old man. I keep missing him.

It has a big Milodon oil pan but I can't see into the engine bay to see what it's attached to.
9" rear with big drum brakes....electric fuel pump....aluminum radiator. I see part of a cage but I'm not sure how extensive it is.

Even if it's not for sale I'd like to climb up and take a good look at everything.

That rear is narrowed too. You can tell by the relocation brackets on the rear of the leafs.

I like the look of the pump and filter. I was going to go with a sump on my
    fox but that looks nice.
