i would love to order a brand new 5.0 and be there when its delivered on the truck. plastic still covering everything and no miles on it.
i think for me what it will come down to is whether or not i can afford it. I dont have a job yet but just started submitting resumes. I can't say for sure what ill be making, but the avg starting salary for my degree is one of the best so im hoping to make enough to afford to finance a new 5.0
what makes it hard is the cheaper price for a termi and the fact that i have been obsessed with them since they came out and appreciated them even more after reading iron fist, lead foot. I have also been for a ride in a termi and was extremely impressed with the power.
I'd like to go to a dealer and try to test drive a new 5.0 to maybe make it easier for me, but dealers may be assholes because im young
You need to ride in my car! Then u can buy it!

Buy Made in the USA - It Matters.
This and see where you are this time next year, although been in 2 Vipers and never been impressed
I think it would be a choice based on how much you want to mod the car. If you plan on enjoying it close to stock, I think the new 5.0 would be a nicer DD but if you want big power, the Terminator factory bottom end is stout.
Also, I think the Cobra will hold long-term resale better, but I never keep cars long enough for that to matter much :)

I haven't owned either, but I have driven both. The Termy's are awesome cars in their own right, but the 11 GT's are about 3 times the car the 03-04 Cobras are. I priced a stripped GT out with X-plan at around 27K, and I would probably own one if my Cobalt's value didn't drop 50% in a year and a half (I never thought I would have a problem trading a car in when I got 6K off sticker, GM showed me I as wrong).
That being said, if power is what you desire, buy the Terminator. Bulletproof bottom end, time will tell how well the 5.0 will hold up.

i would want 3.73's, anti-theft, brembos and black leather for sure...dont really care for too much else. although the touchscreen and shaker 1000 are nice as well as some other options, i want mine to be more "raw" i guess lol. im thinking either kona blue metallica or black
i think hood scoop is gay, side scoops are gay, and quarter window louvers are gay.
did you get brembos? i also like the blackout between the tail lights you got as well
