Hey there everyone!
Im new to this site that a buddy of mine told me about. Im looking to buy a few things to get my stang back on the road and ready. I went out and bought a 97 explorer motor. That way there i can use the top end of the engine on my 1987 gt. Im Looking to buy a new cam and lifters. Anyone Saleing a set? Also Looking for new headers. Welcome. You do NOT want an X cam for the street. Actually, none of the alphabet cams are worth half a shit. Unless you are running a carb that is. If you want a decent street cam with a nice choppy idle and decent performance check out the trick flow stage 1. Its a dual pattern cam that favors the exhaust side which is horrible on fords. .499/.510 lift. Cheaper than the alphabet cams too.

Dont let some of the knuckleheads here try talking you into a custom cam either. You dont need one.
