    Problems/concerns with working outta state?

I'm looking at a job in Youngstown. I've never worked outta town so I have idea what sort of issues there are as far unemployment, taxes, or whatever else.

    Anyone have issues?

I worked for a VA company while still living in WV. Taxes were not really an issue b/c they had to deduct taxes for where I lived. Just make sure they dont take out taxes for OH as well as PA....that is if you continue to live in PA. It really screwed me. Other than that the only other real issue was the travel. I had to travel quite a bit for meetings at the office, get licensing(personal as well as the company vehicle) and so forth. If your lucky enough to get a company vehicle, see if they are willing to register in PA. It will make inspections and such way easier on you. Mine was registered in Va and it was a 10 hr round trip for just a state inspection.

When I worked out of state they didn't take any state or local taxes out of my paycheck. It was on me to put it away.
