    Well after 3 months of waiting I finally received my FiTech EFI system. Cost: $1,190.00. At first look everything is well packaged. You can tell they tested it before shipping because you can smell the gasoline.

    Making some progress. The efi, fuel command center, fuel lines and o2 sensor installed. All that's left is the wiring.

    What are the hose clamps on the exhaust for?

    I would suggest to weld that O2 bung in prior to start up....I would expect that some ambient air will get pulled in past the plate/clamp deal and cause erroneous readings.

    This was my first start of my car. Took about four attempt to start it. You can't tell in this video but there is a bad backfire. The 2nd video you can hear it.

    Old School Project - 1968 Mustang

    Well, after I had everything installed I was having some problems with some backfire or should I say afterfire in the exhaust. So we checked the timing and adjusted the distributor replaced the spark plugs but still had the same problem. Then we found a exhaust leak and fixed that problem but even finding that it didn't fix the afterfire. Next we check compression and found that the number 6 valve had no compression. A bad valve seat. So I purchased a new set of heads made by Flo Tek.
