    Boost controllers

I have a couple of manual boost controllers for sale. Both are lightly used, but used none the less.

The first is a Hallman Pro RX ... for reference a link to a seller ...

The valve has the ceramic ball (what makes it the "Pro RX"). I do not have the light spring or the vacuum line that came with it. As you can see in the pictures, the o-ring for the bottom fitting will need replaced as it is extruded out. It simply slips on the fitting.

Asking $50.00 picked up (sells for $120.00 new). FWIW, I ran an old design Hallman valve on my older combos forever and loved it. I was chasing boost issues when I put this one on and then took it right off.

The second valve is a Turbo XS high performance boost controller. I really liked this style of valve as you can adjust both the set point pressure as well as the bleed rate. (primary and secondary pressure) This is a really nice controller (even though the name is ricey).

For reference a link to the product from a seller ...

Also asking $50.00 picked up (sells for $110.00 new)

Let me know if there are any questions on either of them.

Which one should I get for now Bob? This year is coming out to being more than I was antisipating on spending. Gotta save somewhere now.

I'd trust Bob's call, but like we discussed I made my 865/900 pulls with a simple manual.

LOL Rob, if you want to mind the budget, run a line from the compressor outlet to the gate and run off the spring. Anything else is NOT budget friendly (more boost, more boost, more boost, booooooommmmmm).

The Turbo XS on will dial down better to lower pressures and have finer control for how the boost hits (adjust bleed). The Hallman is a high boost valve.

    Great sales pitch huh ;)

I will take it then I suppose. I am going to need more than what the ten pound spring has to offer.
