Well the bad luck's definitely going around. Slid into an abandoned dump truck at my work that should of been gone a long time ago.

I saw a ton of accidents yesterday as my wife and I were out from 3-9pm. I have to say that buying my Infinity G35x was the best move I have ever made. I have general articmax tires on it and the thing is the best winter vehicle I have ever owned. I saw suv's, trucks, and a ton of cars sliding around all over the place but my car was as sure footed as anything.

Good luck with the car, I think the 99 cobra bumper is bad ass.

99/01 Cobra bumper looks much better on a GT than a 03/04 Cobra bumper.

99/01 with Mach 1 chin spoiler looks decent too.

X3... Or 4wd, or awd. I had no problems in the truck at 11:30pm last night. Saw quite a few abandoned cars though.

I don't see what would possess anyone to drive mustangs in snow like that. My mustang don't even handle well in rain, let alone snow. It can be done, but why risk it? Get a fwd/4wd beater.

Agreed, I think if i only had my mustang to drive i would've def bought another car. The funny thing is tho is that i see a ton of mustangs driven everyday so most people im guessing dont get affected by driving them in inclement weather etc...

I don't really see a problem driving RWD in the weather...... people in this area need to learn to drive.... a couple days of nice weather, and everyone forgot how to drive in the snow... I was LIVID yesterday trying to get home.....

I don't have anything but RWD... my bus never came this morning for work, so i had to drive the Lexus... it did just fine... I wasn't happy about it, as i don't want to drive it in the bad weather, thus why i ride the bus - but if i have to drive RWD, i don't have any problems

When the weather is bad enough like it was last night, no Mustang is getting around some areas in Pittsburgh. It all depends on where you live and where you have to go to work. No Mustang ever built would have made it out of my street last night. Some people are fine in this weather with their RWD cars and that's great. But put that same car / driver in different parts of town and they'd be screwed no matter what.

Yes, I live on a huge hill with a bend in the hill. A very steep grade and if you don't make the bend on the way down you are going to nail a guardrail, and if you do make the bend and start to slide, at the bottom of the hill it dumps onto a busy road that cars fly up and down. The hill is too steep and curvy to get any sort of a run to get up it. And it is one lane so if a car is coming down as your going up you are screwed 6 ways from sunday.

I drove my Mustang and GTO in the winter because I couldn't afford a beater like I have now. I think that's why most of these guys on here drive theirs. I guess I just got lucky and never had an issue

Roads were pretty crappy at 3am this morn. Thank goodness the GMC has 4WD, cause it aint no fun pulling a 7by14ft. enclosed trailer in this crap.

Wife said the Audi is a tank in the snow. It goes anywhere. She was the only one to make it to her office on time today.

I have the general altimax arctic tires on my scion tC and those tires are beasts in the snow. I plowed my way through the 8" of unplowed snow in my neighborhood at 5:40 this morning with no problem. I say plowed because the car is dropped 2.2" front and 2.0" rear lol, I had snow built up half way up the front bumper by the time I got to the main road

Funny. I still can't believe idiots can't drive. What really cracks me up is the op has in his sig a jeep. Why isn't that being driven? The other nightmare wad the pens game. Hahaha. I love it. Drove to work today at 6am in 2wd. Didn't need 4wd. Cars spinning out infront of me. One guy hit his brakes, spun around and was facing me. I waved to him and exited. Hahahahahahaha
