well we need a date set so i can call and try to rent it or whatever was done last time. there are several local guys that enojyed the last rental. even if need paid in advance.

Just remember that it will be a given that you're going to have to front money untill this takes place. Even with people paying in advance, you're going to incue some out-of-pocket expense! Track rentals are not cheap! Don't commit to setting this up if this may be an issue.

just trying to help.... im out then.....ill just go one weekend..... just figured if get people to pay in advance id send the money on to PRP....guess things dont work like ya think.

There's no way you would get money from that many people in advance!
