    1986 Mustang Convertible

I saw this on Craigslist and looked at the car. Thought someone on here might be looking so I posted the add. This is NOT my car! I thought it had potential but not at $3500.

I looked at the car. I thought it was rough for $3500. My feelings are it's worth about $1500-$1700 because it's a convertible. I am not sure what the owner would take. There was too much rust and a clean 86 convertible price is too reasonable for me to mess with this one. Just my feelings.

Price dropped down to $2600 FIRM. Now the add says the car has a 160,000 miles on it. I like watching the add because the owner keeps spinning the presentation. Before there was no rust on it. Now the door was a different color (flat black). Seriously wtf is this seller thinking?
If the car was mint, maybe but this is a rust bucket with high miles. Could be a fun driver for $1500 but not $2600

Do people think Mustang owners are stupid that we would pay anything they want for junk?????

Too many clean ones out there for a little more to put out $2600 for a rust bucket.
