    dart sportsman 408w is here!

    I got my 408w from Keith Craft today! It is a dart sportsman block,ARP main studs,4.030" bore,internally balanced,scat 4.00" 4340 crank,scat 6.250" 4340 h-beam rods with ARP 2000 rod bolts,tool steel pins,diamond forged dished pistons(9:1). I also had it balanced with an ATI super damper and fidanza aluminum flywheel. I am pretty excited to get the rest of the parts rounded up and get it in the car. Here are some pics.

    The plan is to add my aluminum TFS highports(222cc int port/90cc exh port/60cc chamber flow 318int/205exh @ .700"),super victor(ported),BG 1050 race demon RS,MSD 85805 dist,etc to run it NA for break in this summer and then add the turbo setup over this coming winter.

    Thanks. Yes,lifter valley is coated as well.

    Thanks fellas. I still have some parts to round up but I am getting there,LOL. The car this is going into has been sitting since 2002,so I can't wait to finally hear it come to life after all of this time.

    Thanks for the good words fellas. This is by far the most serious setup that I have ever had. I am pretty proud of it,lol.

    I thought about going with a steel flywheel,IDK. I am going to use a spec stage 4 clutch. I am going to give this setup a try since I already had it. It might get switched out later,but going to give it a try for now.
