ok so here's my problem right around november I had to take the insurance off my car cuz I couldn't afford it at my old job got a good paying job no car is finished ready for spring so went back to my insurance company got that back then went to renew the plates and there suspended for 90 days I can't wait that month cuz itss all I have to drive guy said I had to sell it or whatever idk he wouldn't help me so any help would b good thanks

you have to put the car in a family members name and insure it under them until the suspension is done. when you cancel insurance you must send the plate back to the state or they will suspend it.

yes basically like your selling the car to her. Go to notary/transfer title etc then you'll be good to go.
