When I used paypal I just had a credit card tied to it and whenever I purchased something it would take the funds from the card. I am trying to send payment now and it says I need a balance in paypal for me to send any money. It used to work before, what gives?
Are you sure that you are selecting the card? I know by default my paypal selects my bank account first and I always have to select credit/debit card for each purchase. Also they gave me some BS about verifying my account with a SSN or a bank account number or your account would be limited or something. It was a PITA.

Card isn't expired but I don't have my SSN or bank account hooked up to the thing so IDK if thats the problem. Ronnie how can I select credit/debit?
Some buyers do not take Credit Card payments through PayPal. I would check with them to see if this is the case.
Also make sure you haven't reached your max sending limit if you are not a verified member.

I called them and the lady said it looks like security blocked it for some reason.. I am going to try having him send me an invoice and I'll try to pay with my credit card.
Well I tried sending the money today and it worked, PayPal was just cockblocking me yesterday I guess.
