Steeda 1 3/8" front (hollow) sway bar vs. 1 3/8" (solid) sway bar

Question for my fellow Stangbangers. Doing a four wheel disc SN 95 Cobra brake swap on my 86. Figured I would change the sway bars too. I have Suspension Techniques sway bars. The front is 1 3/8" solid sway bar. What benefit would it be for me to change to a Steeda 1 3/8" sway bar that is hollow (besides overall weight distribution).

I have a 1995 Explorer that came with a large (hollow) front sway bar. I put on Explorer Express sway bars which were solid and it tightened up the front end.

Which goes back to my original question, what benefits besides weight distribution would I get with a Steeda hollow sway bar?

No one has ever used a Steeda 1 3/8" hollow bar?

How much weight difference is there? I would imagine a hollow bar will lighten up a little bit, but also not be as rigid as a solid bar. Also, it's gotta be somewhere like, 10-15 lbs difference? I would think that's a marginal difference to really notice much?

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump
